I have been a certified group fitness instructor since 1990, teaching all types of classes including step, cycle, kickboxing, sculpting, cardio funk, ZUMBA®, Z-Barre, R.I.P.P.ED., R.E.D. Warrior(TM) and POUND. The most important aspect of any of my classes is that the participants walk away feeling they had fun and a good workout. I watch people come in tired, stressed and uninspired. The class begins and they start to move, smile, focus and come alive. By the end, everyone is happy!
