ZUMBA + LIFT CLASS
ZUMBA + LIFT is the perfect combination of cardio and strength training! AND IT'S SO FUN! We recommend having two sets of weights, a lighter and heavier set. The recommendation for women is 5 - 8lbs and for men it's 8 - 10lbs. I recommend strarting with whatever feels right for you!
Zumba® Class
A dance party class that combines Latin and international music for a fun and effective workout.
